This unit is located on the first level of the building with spectacular views of the ocean right from your private balcony.

The space

One bedroom and one full bath. Also includes a queen sleeper sofa and built-in bunkbeds in entry hallway for added sleeping. The Sea Chase makes for the perfect place for a small family, a couple’s weekend retreat, or even a quick relaxing, but fun friend getaway. The studio kitchen is stocked with the necessities and a coffee bar, and you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the amazing view of the sunrise over the water. Come relax, have fun, and enjoy your stay. Galveston awaits!

Enjoy all common areas: pools, outdoor shower, designated bbq picnic areas, self service laundry facilities, ice and vending machines located throughout the complex. The pools are open year-round. One of the pools is heated and the other features a cool spa.

Things to know*
There is a $40+ tax parking fee for all reservations. No cash payment for this fee. This fee covers 2 vehicles for the duration of your stay. Parking is to be paid upon check in and registration, and pass must be displayed while parked on the premises.

The entire complex is pet free. We have no leeway or way around this. If you are traveling with pets and need boarding information please reach out for referrals.

We supply sample size shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap.

Neighborhood overview

This unit is overlooking Babe's Beach and the 61st Pier. I’m close distances to Tortuga's, The San Luis Steakhouse, IHOP, San Luis Bar, H20 Bar,
Landry's Seafood, or Rainforest Café. There is a Starbucks .3 miles on the left (stand alone store) and right (inside Randall’s) on 61st street.

Getting around

Galveston offers Uber and Lyft, as well as a city trolley service with pick up and drop off right in front of the complex.

House Rules

1. No smoking.

2. No parties, loud music, confetti, or illegal activities.

3. No unregistered guests.

4. Report damages immediately.

5. Leave used sheets, comforters, and throws unmade on the bed they were used on. Pile all used towels on bathroom mat.

6. Hand wash, dry, and put away all dishes, and empty food from fridge.

7. Set A/C Units to 74 degrees when checking out. Do not set temperature below 68 degrees during your stay please.

8. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Do not eat in bunks or bedroom please. Do not affix anything to the walls.

9. No changing of locks. Lost remotes will incur a replacement fee of $10 per remote.

10. No pets allowed on the premises.

11. Please do not rearrange or move patio furniture closer to railing and do not leave children unattended on balcony or bunk beds.

12. Please only use pool towels at the pool and the white bath towels in the unit. Please do not use any pool or bath towels at the beach.
